The KM.RPS 1250/1500 Electric Sit-on Pallet Stacker with support arms, seated driver and electric steering are designed for intensive processing (storage and transport) of palletized loads for predominantly medium transport distance and medium to high elevations rack (4.5 to 6.5 m).
The compact 4-point chassis and Robust Three Stage mast are meant to provide excellent stability with high levels of residual capacity (1500 kg up to 3 meters, 1200 kg up to 4.4 meters, 700 kg up to 6.5 meters) and from the other hand allows implementation in high-racked warehouses with aisle width of 2.5 meters, making them an acceptable alternative of Reach truck of the specified range of parameters. The modern CAN Bus electronics requires less wiring, gives better reliability and provides easy and fast diagnostics.
The standard Batteries with capacity 375Ah (optional batteries up to 500Ah) and the ON-BOARD charger as standard provide enough energy for a single-shift application and with the sideways battery removal system as standard every multi-shift task could be carried out.

The Electric Pallet Trucks KH.LS perform an essential role in providing exceptionally cost-effective handling solutions for warehousing, production, logistic centers and many other applications. The offered Load capacities for 2000 and 3000kg allow you to select the most effective solution for your specific needs.
With its compact line, solid low profile chassis, spring loaded Drive wheel and rigidly fixed castor wheels this model ensures better stability when cornering with high speed. The optional foldable driver`s platform is also one of the main differences between models KH.LS and KH.BS
The versatile and powerful KH.LS are ideal for working in the confined space in lorries performing its loading/unloading on ramps as well as efficient pallet transfer over short and medium distances. Easy and fatigue-free access to all controls ergonomically grouped on the top of the tiller head, while the pivoting tiller arm keeps the driver at a safe distance from the stacker itself. With the CREEP SPEED mode as standard the KH.LS ensures easy and safe operation even in the most confined spaces– with the tiller arm in upright vertical position.
The modern CAN Bus electronics requires less wiring, gives better reliability and provides easy and fast diagnostics. The virtually maintenance-free transmission with it’s 3-phase AC drive motor ensures smooth and efficient running – featuring high speed, powerful acceleration as well as good gradient/loading ramps climbing abilities. The standard REGENERATIVE BRAKING-mode with the energy reclamation to the battery improves the truck’s autonomy with a single battery charge.

Reach Truck VRT 16XX
Reach Trucks were invented nearly half a century ago and evolved as the warehousing industry investigated ways to increase storage density. These trucks strongly differ from conventional, counterbalanced forklifts because they are custom-designed to work in narrow aisles/NA in racked pallet storage. Basic Reach Truck features outriggers in front and telescoping forks that use a hydraulic Reach FW/Reach BKW mechanism that allows the driver to pick up the load and retract it over the outriggers. This reduces the overall truck and load length, allowing you to turn in a narrower aisle. The use of Reach Trucks would literally transform warehousing operations as more racked storage could be placed within the same amount of space. The high working speeds and powerful batteries allow Reach Trucks to ensure high efficiency and throughput in handling palletized loads over medium and long travel distances (above 70m) and medium to high shelf levels (up to 12m).
VRT is a modern solution for intensive handling of palletized loads in racked pallet storage with narrow aisles (from 2,8m – according to VDI when picking Euro pallets along forks) and lifting heights up to 9,0m. Operator compartment is fully integrated within the truck body for optimum protection, providing excellent ergonomics and clear, unobstructed view of load and surroundings at all times.
The mast is fixed to the chassis in what would be the reached-back position on a conventional truck. All side shift, reach FW/BKW and tilt motions are controlled with the fork carriage, Reach travel is therefore shorter an quicker – thus gaining faster storage/retrieval cycles and lower energy consumption. The fixed rigid mast and the fork carriage with extremely short reach travel have added significantly to truck stability – leading to its residual capacity high values.
All the VRT trucks are fitted with modern AC drives – powerful and maintenance-free traction, lift and steering motors – providing high speeds (travel up to 14km/h and lifting up to 0,7m/s), powerful acceleration and low-noise level. Additionally a CAN BUS-architecture is applied for the complete electronics – featuring less wiring, better reliability, easy and fast diagnostics.
